A report from Pua Sawicki #5

Think this is easy?  Wrong!  You can spend years to climb to the top!

Koerber climbs to first national win in five years!

Lea Davison unseats the short track queen for perhaps the biggest win of her years of racing the top guns of Luna.

Luna takes second through fourth!

Even Tiger Woods doesn't win every event i.e. YE Yang PGA victory. To be on the leaderboard  is a big deal.
Accomplishments are earned on the US Pro XCT Tour!

The picture Ron send us is a little in the fog, but its very clean that we have worked with some of the best in
the game!  Just for Pua to go from 24 hour to Pro is a success story.

Pua raced the finals for the US Pro XCT tour on Saturday and even with her crashing out of the last race in Vermont, Pua had enough points to maintain a top 5 finish!

This was Pua's first year fully focusing on a top Pro XC finish. She was able to endure a mid season sinus infection, a crash giving her 11 stitches in her shin, another crash that slammed the previous injury and she was still able to stay at the top!

Leading into this last race Pua has been putting long hours on the bike to prepare for the Marathon World Championships in Austria next week. While this caused her to not feel as strong and snappy as normal, she is now primed and ready for next weeks 53 mile race.

Below is the picture of the final podium in the Pro tour, Pua is the only independent rider to make the podium in many years!

1 Cathryn Pendral (Canada)
