2012 Team Exergy, starting out strong. Redlands Results!

Team Exergy takes a 3rd in the first NRC tt (3.1 mile) mostly uphill kickoff of Redlands. Great racing coming in the next few days. No question the two teams to watch are Kenda & Exergy, only time will tell. What more can you ask for than good racing v. run aways.

Phil Gaimon continued a impressive run Thursday, winning the uphill prologue at the Redlands Bicycle Classic in California.

Idaho's based pro men Team Exergy’s Morgan Schmitt led for much of the day and rounded out the men’s podium in 9:31. As we have been saying, Team Exergy is a team that has some real talent is 2012 season.

Gaimon (Kenda-5-hour Energy), winner of a similar opener at the San Dimas Stage Race last weekend, stomped his way up the steep climb of Wabash Street and Sunset Drive to finish in a time of 9:25. Julian Kyer (Juwi Solar) lodged a second-place performance, at 3 sec. back.

Good racing going on at the Redlands Bicycle Classic.
