Realistic results take time!

There is no answer to provide estimates.

Both men & women are different, not better!

If you don't train properly, both will not gain any muscle mass at all.

Accept the fact, it can take at least 6 months to a year!

Fact: The 1st month, you will likely yield (ZERO) muscle mass.

Muscles have to go through an adjustment process of breaking down & building up.

Fact: Your body is only designed to support so much muscle mass.

Reality: You might think you're going to stick with your workout routine, but the odds are far against you, people quit before they gain.  MORE don't take the 1st step!

Lastly, if your bike setup is not correct to the millimeter, your muscle can't function well.

Science Clarified.
Gravity is a constant?

Life is a perception... Perception is the organization, identification, & interpretation of sensory information in order to represent & understand the presented information, or the environment. More important, all perception involves signals that go through the nervous system.

A nervous system can be viewed as (wiring).  The nervous system is a collection of cells, tissues, & organs through which an organism receives information from its surroundings & directs the organism as to how to respond to that information.  Input to the tissue sends info to the brain, that analyzes the message & sends back a message to the tissue.  This takes time passing messages from one end to the other.

The complexity of the nervous system differs from organism to organism.  It is this nerve net that becomes an issue in cycling.  In certain higher level organisms, you can find neurons that are bunched together in structures known as ganglia.  Even organisms like flatworms have ganglia that function like a simple brain. If the ganglia are attached you can touch one end of the worm's body described as a ladder-type nervous system & the other end moves.

Sensory neurons are neurons that respond to stimuli from an organism's surroundings.  When your body is moving fast, it hard to keep up with the stimuli, & if you're waiting to feel the stimuli, you're already late, & it's like the brakes are on all the time.

Just to be clear, acceleration due to gravity measures acceleration of an object being pulled by the
Earth's gravity.

Most learn (sense) this when they take their first steps without being affected by air & other effects.  In other words, the Earth's gravitational pull is roughly a fixed value, which is determined by the mass of the earth & how far from the earth the object is.

For most purposes, Newton's laws of gravity apply!

The most complex nervous systems are found in the animals with backbones, including humans.  It should be noted, human brains differ in their size & complexity.

Now comes the pain!  Pain is obviously a way that organisms have evolved for protecting themselves from dangerous situations. The reality of pain is well known to everyone, so is the idea or myth of no-pain no gain?

Nerves & muscles usually work together so smoothly that we don't even realize what is happing.  Here is where we find not all have perfect harmony!

How can a person feel the pain of an amputated limb, when the limb is no longer there?

To the point, most can't repeat the same motion, the same tone of muscles given the outside factors that come with speed.   There are systems that operate antagonistically.  In other words, when one system is dominant, the other is quiet.
