Low Loads - Its still early for some!

Muscle conditioning: muscle endurance training

Muscle endurance is the muscles ability to sustain contraction over a period of time. The exercise must be low load with high repetitions to improve aerobic capacity of the muscles. The resistance is gradually increased.

Muscle endurance exercises include cycling on a stationary bike, swimming, and circuit training.

We see a lot of people get hurt this time of year. They increase their resistance too quick. You might still need a little more time!
